About us

Two friends,
one practice.

ALIGN was born from a decade of long walks, late-night phone calls, and a shared conviction — that women don't need another program to fix them. We need a rhythm that reminds us we were never broken to begin with.

Amie — Classical Pilates teacher trainer at ALIGN

Classical Pilates Teacher Trainer • Workshop Presenter • Movement Specialist

Amie

With more than twenty-five years of teaching experience, Amie Cunha is a Classical Pilates teacher trainer dedicated to developing skilled instructors. She teaches at the Providence Pilates Center and presents workshops nationwide.

Amie helps people reconnect with their bodies through intentional movement, breath, and mindful awareness. By combining somatic practices with a deep understanding of human movement, she guides individuals towards greater strength, balance, confidence, and ease. Her approach encourages people to listen to their bodies, build lasting healthy habits, and discover a more connected way of living, one that supports both physical well-being and emotional resilience.

Amy — Clinical Psychologist & coach at ALIGN

Clinical Psychologist & coach

Amy

Amy is a Clinical Psychologist with a specialization in neuroscience, helping people build purpose, drive, and habits that actually last. In her practice, she kept meeting men and women who were doing all the right things — the career, the relationships, the attempts at self-care — yet still felt stuck. They didn't need clinical treatment. What they needed was a clearer sense of purpose, drive, and a wellness plan that fit the life they wanted to live. Amy built her coaching practice around proven positive psychology and neuroscience principles — the science of how our brains actually form patterns — to help people create habit change that lasts and carries them into longevity.

What we believe

Alignment isn't a destination. It's a practice you return to.

We believe rest is not a reward. That slowness is a form of intelligence. That the answers you're looking for are usually already inside you — waiting for a quiet enough room to be heard.

ALIGN is our attempt at building that room. One hour, once a week, live and together. No curriculum to keep up with, no funnel to climb. Just the practice of showing up for yourself, again and again, with people who are doing the same.

Come sit with us.

The next ALIGN Weekly Session is open. One hour, live on Zoom.
